Cancelation Policy:
You must call or text (emails not accepted for cancelation) 48 hours prior to your service to cancel without a charge. This gives time for your slot to be filled by another client. If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, this will result in a 50% of service scheduled.
Rescheduling Policy:
You must call or text (emails not accepted for cancellation) 48 hours prior to your service to allow for other clients on a waitlist to take your scheduled time slot. There is no fee for rescheduling if done within the required 48 hours prior to appointment time.
If rescheduling is done the same day or right before your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of your service.
Rescheduling the same appointment up to 3 times or more will require you to be on a pay upfront basis. This means, any future appointments you make with Ocean Brows & Aesthetics must be paid in full BEFORE your arrival. These are non-refundable.
Discount Policy:
Percentage discounts cannot be combined. You may combine percentage discounts with referral credit.
Package Policy:
Packages cannot be split between two clients. Packages are already discounts therefore, promotional discounts cannot be combined with packages. Packages do expire if not used in a timely manner. Valid up to one year (12 months from purchase date) Packages cannot be transferred to someone else if the package holder is unable to use them.
No Show Policy: If you book an appointment and do not show up, you will be charged 50% of the service. If you NO SHOW a consultation, there is a $25 charge. Consultations are 30 minutes, if you have not shown up 10 minutes after your appointment or reached out to your provider, you will be invoiced the $25 fee.
